在应用内立即删除

1. 打开茶灵感并登录需要删除的账号。
2. 进入“我的 / Profile”。
3. 点击“删除账号”，阅读提示并确认。

确认后，账号资料、收藏、卡片、游戏进度和服务器端账号记录将进入删除流程，当前设备上的登录状态及账号缓存也会清除。

无法进入应用

请使用注册邮箱发送邮件至 support@chalinggan.app，主题填写“账号删除”。为防止他人冒用，我们可能要求完成账号所有权核验。

删除范围与例外

我们会删除账号标识、个人资料、收藏、卡片、游戏进度和礼物记录。为履行法律义务、防止欺诈、处理退款或保障安全，部分交易凭证、安全日志或法律要求的信息可能在必要期限内保留，之后删除或匿名化。

删除茶灵感账号不会自动取消 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 的订阅。请同时在对应商店的订阅设置中取消续订。

Delete immediately in the app

1. Open Chalinggan and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Me / Profile.
3. Tap Delete account, review the warning, and confirm.

After confirmation, your profile, collection, cards, game progress, and server-side account record enter the deletion process. The app also clears the sign-in state and account cache on the current device.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@chalinggan.app from your registered email address with the subject “Account deletion.” To prevent unauthorized deletion, we may verify account ownership.

What is deleted and what may be retained

We delete account identifiers, profile data, collections, cards, game progress, and gift records. Transaction evidence, security logs, or information required by law may be retained only as needed for legal compliance, fraud prevention, refunds, or safety, then deleted or anonymized.

Deleting a Chalinggan account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel renewal separately in the relevant store’s subscription settings.
